The hotel's location is excellent, very near to Masjid Al Haram, making it convenient for visitors. However, the room setup was not as expected with noise from extra cots replacing actual beds. The dining experience left much to be desired with limited options available.

On the upside, the location was convenient with easy access to the Haram courtyard, although using the lift to the street is recommended. The dining options were limited for a 5-star hotel, but the food quality was satisfactory.

I had a last-minute booking at this hotel near the Holy Mosque, with three beds in the room and facilities for disabled guests.
